ISXBJ/ISXBJEVE and ISXDK35 Update

On Friday, April 1, 2016 the creator of Innerspace, Lax, forced all Innerspace Extension Developers to update to IS(Innerspace) X(Extension) D(Development) K(Kit) 35 or ISXDK35 for short.  This may have broken all current Innerspace extensions (ISXEQ2, ISXOgre, ISXBJ, ISXBJEVE, etc.) and required the developers to update to the new version.  We were given advanced notice this time around and some developers were able to push a patch to their extension that would make the transition from V34 to V35 automatic and seamless.  However, if you did not patch that extension between the time the developer made it available and the time Lax made V35 live you will need to manually download your new .dll version.

What does this mean for me?  For the users of Innerspace Extensions this update means that you may have to manually update to the latest version of the extensions you use as they become available.  Follow the links below for more information on each extension:

ISXBJ Newsletter # 10 - Terrors of Thalumbra Expansion

Hello Everyone!

I hope that all of you are enjoying Everquest 2's twelfth expansion, Terrors of Thalumbra.  Things have been progressing much faster than it did last expansion and I am very pleased with my progress in not only coding the encounters, but also creating content files for Quest Bot.

My current plan is to polish off the remaining issues with the Stygian Threshold and Maldura zones before I move to the Kralet Penumbra zones.

A few common tidbits of information that you may not already know:

  1. The Quest Bot restrictions on the number of loops and the number of allowed zones in a queue were removed on November 1st.  You can queue as many zones as you want and are able to loop them as many times as you want.
  2. The Quest Bot restrictions on the number of people in a non-heroic instance was removed on November 1st.  You can now run Quest Bot in an overland or contested zone while in a full group or raid.
  3. Most Terrors of Thalumbra instances have a 1-Click-&-Go basic option available.  Simply enter the zone, ensure the Basic Mode checkbox is enabled and press Start.

With the holiday season upon us, I will be taking a short vacation to spend time with my family starting December 22, 2015 and lasting until January 2, 2016.  During this time I will still be available for technical support, but at a reduced number of hours.

      • Description: GR1 and the group will set a camp spot. Slow version will have GR1 load an autotarget list for the adds. Fast version will ignore the adds.

ISXBJEVE - 2015.12.01, Patch # 13 ALPHA

  • Flee Conditions and Routine
    • The flee routine has been moved to it's own object.
    • Fixed a bug with pilot standing and pilot security. I was confusing pilot security with pilot standing to me. Pilot security will now properly be the pilot's security standing to the region of space they are in and pilot standing will now properly be the pilot's standing to your character, your corporation and your alliance.
    • Added an additional check to ship health. It will now check your ship's capacitor percentage if enabled.
    • The Flee To combobox has had it's options changed. You may now choose from the following options:
      • @Nearest_SafeSpot - Scans through your personal bookmarks and checks the distances of all safe spots that contain your safe spot prefix from the bookmarks page. It will select the nearest bookmark that is further than 150km away.
      • @Nearest_Station - Scans through the available station entities and docks at the nearest one.
      • Personal Bookmarks that contain your Safe Spot Prefix. If the bookmark type is a station, it will dock up.
  • Whitelist Page
    • Whitelist Page Description: You can whitelist pilots, corporations and alliances. Astro Bot will ignore (flee conditions) pilots who match an entry on the whitelist.
    • There are two whitelists. A globally saved list that is shared by all pilots on that computer and a Personal Whitelist that is saved per character.
    • Characters listed in your CharacterInformation.xml will be automatically added to the Global Whitelist as pilots.
  • Bookmarks Page
    • Auto Generated Bookmarks - These are created by Astro Bot using the corresponding prefix when warping away. They are to be used for easy travelling back to your position. When Astro Bot uses these bookmarks they will be deleted. Any auto generated bookmarks remaining at bot shutdown will be deleted the next time you load Astro Bot.
      • Task Related - Any time Astro Bot leaves the current grid to return to a station, it will create a bookmark. Examples: Mining when returning to drop off your cargo.
      • Flee - When fleeing it will create a bookmark to return to.
      • Loot - If your cargo is full and it needs to return to a station to unload, it will create a bookmark to return to.
      • Salvage
  • Mission names when checking for accepted missions will now have illegal characters removed properly.
  • Removed the Settings page for now.
  • Relocated the following check boxes from the Settings Page to the Combat Page: Reload Ammo During Warp, Reload Ammo Out of Combat, Recall Drones Out of Combat
  • Relocated the following check boxes from the Settings Page to the Flee Page: Enable Fleeing
  • Relocated the following check boxes from the Settings Page to the Loot Page: Enable Looting
  • Navigation Page
    • Personal Bookmarks with your prefix for Cosmic Signatures will now be added to the Available Navigation Destinations.
  • Key Maps Page
    • This page is for those of you that don't use a USA keyboard. You can choose the US key you want to map to a different key. Example: You can remap 'Enter' to 'Return'.

  • Fixed a bug with auto-disabling because the named can't be found. It will now use an exact name match.
  • Stygian Threshold: The Howling Gateway (Event Heroic)
    • Hagrash
      • Command: Set up for BJ Hagrash
      • Required Group Roles: Group Role 1
      • Auto-Disable Conditions: Hagrash doesn't exist, you are further than 50m from the GR1 camp spot, or your entire group is dead.
      • Description: GR1 will pull the named and load an autotarget list. When an add is spawned, mages will dispel it's damage reduction.
    • Gagrash
      • Command: Set up for BJ Gagrash
      • Required Group Roles: Group Role 1, Group Role 2, Group Role 3, Group Role 4
      • Auto-Disable Conditions: Gagrash doesn't exist, you are further than 100m from the GR1 camp spot, or your entire group is dead.
      • Description: GR1 will be moving in a circle around the center point where GR4 is campspotted. GR2 and GR3 will move with GR1, but have their own campspots. GR1 will use/cancel Sprint as needed. GR2/GR3 will use Cloak of Divinity when needed. Scouts are jousted in. Everyone except for GR1 will assist GR4. When an add is spawned, GR1 will try to stay away from it while GR4, GR5 and GR6 kill it. GR4 will stay on a target until it doesn't exist, which means that depending on your level of DPS, the named may be healed by other adds that are not your target. Eventually, all adds will be killed. When no adds are present and the named no longer has it's add buff, GR1 will stop moving. When a player has their abilities purged, they will joust to GR1 and call for a cure. After they are cured, they will joust back to their position.

      • Command: Set up for BJ Pull Wolves
      • Required Group Roles: Group Role 6
      • Auto-Disable Conditions: This event fires once and then self terminates when it reaches the end.
      • Description: GR6 will move within range of a wolf, use the horn, move to the closest primordial shackler, use the special ability and then campspot with the group.
    • Dreadmaw
      • Capped how many times the whistle will be used per attempt. It may now only cast up to 4 times.
    • Dragoon Z'Koz
      • GR1 will now call for BJ Immunities to be activated on them when the Dragoon starts his death touch phase.
